PALMAS: perfil ambiental e gestão urbana convergem para a sustentabilidade ambiental? (Palmas: do environmental profile and urban management tend to environmental sustainability?)
Abstract
Este artigo estrutura-se na análise entre a gestão urbana e a questão ambiental; na identificação do perfil ambiental da cidade por meio da espacialização e análise das informações censitárias com as de funcionamento das instituições municipais e as de caráter programático dos cursos realizados. Objetiva, assim, destacar elementos de debate e demandas de intervenções identificadas pelos técnicos do município a serem desenvolvidas na gestão urbana e municipal.

ABSTRACT
This paper has been organised with the analysis of urban management and environmental issues; identification of urban environment through spatialization and assessing census data with municipal institution working and scheduling of given courses. So it has sought to highlight issues and needs to intervention identified by Palmas municipal experts to be developed in urban and municipal management.
