Abstract
Este artigo aborda a questão da i-mobilidade contemporânea em nossas grandes áreas metropolitanas, especialmente a da cidade do Rio de Janeiro, a partir dos projetos voltados para suas áreas faveladas. Discute-se a concepção de contenção territorial a partir da análise de dispositivos territoriais de controle desigual da mobilidade, em especial os muros.

Abstract
This article deals with the contemporary in-mobility in our great metropolitan areas, in particular that from Rio de Janeiro, through projects built in “favelas” (slums). We discuss the conception of territorial containment by analyzing unequal territorial dispositifs of mobility control, in particular walls.

En este artículo se aborda la cuestión de la inmovilidad contemporánea en nuestras grandes áreas metropolitanas, especialmente la de la cuidad de Rio de Janeiro, a partir de los proyectos en sus areas más precarizadas, “favelas”. Se discute la concepción de contención territorial a partir del análisis de dispositivos territoriales de control desigual de la movilidad, en particular los muros.
