GEOGRAFIA E ESCOLA DO CAMPO: SABERES, PRÁTICAS E RESULTADOS (geography and school of country: learnings, practices and results, Ceará state, northeast, Brazil)
Abstract
A reflexão sobre Geografia e escola do campo tem como objetivo discutir a contribuição da Geografia escolar no entendimento dos processos que envolvem a organização territorial e a vida de professores e assentados. A construção da chamada escola do campo nasceu de demandas de movimentos e representações camponesas na luta pela construção de uma política educacional voltada para atender as necessidades dos pobres do campo. Nesse sentido, a escola do campo deve ser compreendida como um processo, em construção, que contempla em sua lógica a política que pensa a educação como parte constitutiva do desenvolvimento do campo.

ABSTRACT
A analysis between Geography and school of country in Ceará state is like objective to discuss the Geography school contribution for a social process present in many different spaces and moments of peasant teachers in the political educational in construction for social movements and peasant representations in Brazil. The proposition named education of country have to be understood with conflicting process that to consider doing in your logical the popular project (peasant) that think the education political with part important for the developing country of Ceará state. It is an analysis that integrates the educational and geographical dimensions.

RESUMEN
La reflexión sobre Geografia y escuela del campo tiene como objetivo discutir la contribución de la Geografia escuelar en el entendimiento de los procesos que envuelven la organización territorial y la vida de profesores y asentados. La construcción de la denominada escuela del campo surgió de lãs demandas de los movimientos y representaciones campesinas en la lucha por la construcción de una política educacional direcionada a atender lãs necesiudades de los pobres del campo. En este sentido, la escuela del campo debe ser compreendida como un processo en construcción, que contempla en sú lógica la política que piensa la educación como parte del desarrollo del campo.
