COBERTURA VEGETAL E USO DA TERRA NA REGIÃO ARARIPE PERNAMBUCANA (analysis of vegetable cover and land use in the Araripe Pernambuco)

Abstract

O presente estudo se desenvolve nos municípios de Araripina, Bodocó, Ipubi, Ouricuri e Trindade. Estes municípios formam o pólo gesseiro do Araripe e estão localizados no extremo oeste de Pernambuco. Essa região sofre intensas modificações em sua paisagem pela remoção da cobertura vegetal para a utilização da lenha nas calcinadoras da região bem como para práticas agrícolas tradicionais. O objetivo deste estudo é o de analisar a cobertura vegetal desta região com base na classificação não-supervisionada do NDVI e levantamentos de campo. Na região encontram-se as fisionomias Savana Estépica nas suas fácies Florestada e Arborizada que estão localizadas na Unidade de Paisagem da Depressão Sertaneja, as áreas de contato de vegetação do tipo Savana, Savana Estépica e Floresta Estacional que estão localizadas na Chapada do Araripe bem como as áreas onde essas fisionomias se encontram em regeneração e em áreas de agropecuária.

ABSTRACT

The present study was developed in the municipal districts of Araripina, Bodocó, Ipubi, Ouricuri and Trinidade. These municipal districts form the “Pólo Gesseiro do Araripe” and they are located in the extreme west of Pernambuco. That area suffers intense modifications in its landscape for the removal of the vegetable covering for the use of the firewood in the manufacture of plaster of the area as well as for traditional agricultural practices. Of there, the objective of this study went analyze to vegetable covering of this area with base in the no-supervised classification of NDVI and field risings. It was verified that meet the physiognomies Arborized Estepic Savanna and Florested that are located in the Unit of Landscape of the “Depressão Sertaneja”, the areas of contact of vegetation of the type Savanna, Estepic Savanna and Semi-deciduous Forest they are located in Plated her of Araripe as well as the areas where those physiognomies meet in regeneration and the areas of agricultural.

RESUMEN

Este estudio desarrolla los municipios de Araripina, Bodocó, Ipubi, Ouricuri y Trinidad. Estos distritos forman el eje de Araripe y se encuentran en el extremo oeste de Pernambuco. Esta región sufre intensos cambios en el paisaje mediante la eliminación de la cubierta vegetal para el uso de leña en la calcinación de la región, así como para las prácticas agrícolas tradicionales. El objetivo de este estudio es analizar la vegetación de esta región, basado en la clasificación no supervisada de NDVI y encuestas sobre el terreno. En la región son las caras Savana facies Estépica en sus bosques y cubierta de árboles que se encuentran en la Unidad de Paisaje Depresión país, las áreas de contacto de tipo de vegetación Savana, Savana Estépica y el bosque de hoja caduca que se encuentran en la Araripe y áreas donde estas caras están en la regeneración y en áreas de la agricultura.
