FESTAS POPULARES RELIGIOSAS E SUAS DINÂMICAS ESPACIAIS (popular religious festivities and their spatial dynamics)
Abstract
O presente estudo trata, teoricamente, das festas populares religiosas, que se multiplicam e se renovam como patrimônio cultural das metrópoles brasileiras. Estabelece uma atenção especial às dinâmicas geográficas que ocorrem na cidade de Fortaleza, Ceará. O objetivo central é verificar como a motivação das festas populares, em seus diferentes aspectos – míticos, políticos, sociológicos, econômicos – colabora com uma nova dimensão ambiental e educativa: o desenvolvimento de alternativas ao intercâmbio turístico. A metodologia, centrada no pensamento complexo pro-curou, a correlação entre a oferta de manifestações folclóricas relevantes e a demanda por espetáculos no planejamento do Turis-mo. Os resultado alcançados expressam o fortalecimento dessas manifestações como santuários turísticos. Negando, portanto a visão reducionista que confronta religiosidade e espetáculo; tradições e turismo. Nas metrópoles, festas populares são necessariamente festas de massa.

ABSTRACT
The present study it treats, theoretically, of the religious popular parties, that if multiply and if they renew as cultural patrimony of the Brazilian metropolises. It establishes a special attention to the geographic dynamic that occur in the city of Fortaleza, Ceará. The central objective is to verify as the motivation of the popular parties, in its different aspects - mythical, politicians, sociological, economic - collaborates with a new ambient and educative dimension: the development of alternatives to the tourist interchange. The metho-dology, centered in the complex thought looked for, the correlation between offers of important folkloric manifestations and the demand for spectacles in the planning of the Tourism. The result reached expresses the strengthening of these manifestations as tourist sanctuaries. Denying, therefore the restrict vision that collates religions aspects and spectacular aspects; traditions and tourism. In the metropolises, popular parties are necessarily mass parties.
