Abstract
O presente ensaio enfatiza questões de ordem natural, relacionadas aos recursos hídricos da bacia hidrográfica do rio Acaraú, aqui retratada por vale do Acaraú, localizado no estado do Ceará. Aborda, ainda, o uso de tais recursos por parte dos pequenos agricultores.

RESUME
Le présent essai souligne des questions d’ordre naturel, rapportées aux ressources hydriques du bassin hydrographique du fleuve Acaraú, ici faite le portrait par vallée de l’Acaraú, localisé dans l’état du Ceará. Il aborde, encore, l’utilisation de telles ressources de la part des petits agriculteurs.
