UMA CONTRIBUIÇÃO AO DEBATE SOBRE A POLÍTICA NACIONAL DE ORDENAMENTO TERRITORIAL – PNOT (contribution to the debate on the National Politics of Territorial Order - NPTO)
Abstract
O artigo reflete contribuição à uma das oficinas de construção da Política Nacional de Ordenamento Territorial, no Ministério da Integração Nacional, Brasília, em Abril de 2006. Trata da análise do padrão de uso e ocupação do território nacional e suas principais tendências de transformação. Agrega-se à análise destes padrões as dimensões da inovação territorial e regiões de fronteiras como contribuições à Política Nacional de Ordenamento Territorial.

ABSTRACT
This article reflects upon a contribution to one workshop for National Territorial Management Policy at National Integration Ministry, Brasília, April, 2006. It deals with analisis of occupation and land use patterns of national territory and its main transformation tendencies. It is added to the analisis of these patterns dimensions of territorial innovation and frontier regions as a contribution to the National Territorial Management Policy.
