ASPECTOS METODOLÓGICOS NA ANÁLISE DOS DISCURSOS DOS SENADORES CEARENSES E PARAIBANOS SOBRE ÁGUA E IRRIGAÇÃO NO SEMI-ÁRIDO (methodological aspects in the analysis of the speeches of the states)
Abstract
Neste artigo enfocamos dois aspectos que integram o dispositivo para análise das condições de produção de discursos políticos. Fizemos o recorte dos discursos dos parlamentares cearenses e paraibanos no Senado Federal, nas legislaturas correspondentes ao período de 1991 a 2000. O corpus é composto de pronunciamentos sobre água e irrigação no Ceará e Paraíba. Os aspectos dizem respeito ao contexto e às formações imaginárias sobre o referente, indispensáveis à análise das condições de produção de discursos. Além disso, tratamos também a análise da implementação de políticas territoriais, tendo em vista a ampliação de áreas irrigadas no Ceará e Paraíba.

ABSTRACT
In this article we focused two aspects that integrate the device for analysis of the conditions of production of political discourse. We made the cutting of the parliamentarians from Ceará and Paraíba discourse in the Federal Senate, in the legislatures corresponding to the period from 1991 to 2000. The corpus is composed of pronouncements about water and irrigation in Ceará and Paraíba. The aspects say respect to the context and the imaginary formations on the referring, indispensable to the analysis of the conditions of production of discourse. Besides, we also treated the analysis of the political actions in the territory, tends in view the amplification of areas irrigated in Ceará and Paraíba.
